How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Purple Sunshine is easy: Click on the Shop links. Once you have found an item, choose your size / color and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page. Click on CHECKOUT to complete your order.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can shop at Purple Sunshine without creating an account. However, we recommend you create an account with us to enjoy the following benefits:

• Track your orders and review past purchases
• Receive Loyalty and other discount benefits as a registered customer
• Save your address and card details so you can make faster payments next time you shop with us

How do I return or exchange an Item?

Making a return or exchange is easy. If you are unhappy with your product or it has been damaged in transit. Please contact us at info@purplesunshine.in as soon as posslble. We can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging wlth in 15 days of receipt. Exchange orders and Sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipptng costs including those to return the product to Purple Sunshine

When can I expect my refund?

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
